Sales Policy
Our sales policy is required to be signed at or before pickup.
We guarantee that all rabbits adopted are in excellent health, to the best of our knowledge, when they leave our rabbitry to their new home. We also guarantee that no rabbit leaves until it is 8 weeks old. And, if it came with a pedigree, it is filled out with the correct information to the best of my knowledge. This contract assumes responsibility to the new owner for any and all further expenses that may arise, health and otherwise, while caring for your new rabbit.

I agree that the rabbits sex is not guaranteed
I agree that VIP Rabbity is not responsible for the rabbits health after it leaves
I agree that VIP Rabbitry is not responsible for the rabbits temperament after it leaves due to change in environment
I agree that VIP Rabbitry can not always guess the correct size for my rabbit once it is full grown
I agree to the following sales policy: rabbits can be reserved for a 50% non refundable deposit. Once a rabbit is reserved, VIP rabbitry agrees to hold the rabbit for up to 2 weeks, and after 2 weeks I require the full amount to continue holding. If i do not receive the payment the rabbit will be put up for sale again. A pickup date and time will be made before a deposit can be accepted. If VIP’s Rabbitry is the one that decided to cancel the sale the deposit will be returned. Signiture__________________________________________________
I agree that even though VIP Rabbitry is willing to work with transport it is my responsibility to set it up and pay for it
I agree that if the pickup spot is over 30 minutes away that a fee for gas may be charged.
I agree that if my rabbit came with a pedigree I will not alter or change it in anyway, I will also not change or alter the rabbits tattoo
I agree to not alter or use the prefix VIP”s.
